Call for Submissions

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

• Individual registration is required, even for multiple co-authors.

• No changes to contingent team participation lists; violations may lead to disqualification.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Shortlisted papers for Round 2 will be communicated via email.

• The registration fee includes access to the keynote address, workshop, and competition.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 

• Submissions must be empirical, original, unpublished, and aligned with the specified themes.

• Abstracts should be 250–300 words in length.

• APA 7th edition formatting is mandatory for all papers.

• Final papers must include all required sections, including figures/graphs where applicable.

• Plagiarism and deadline extensions will not be entertained.

• The final paper must be uploaded with the registration form, and relevant SDGs should be mentioned where applicable.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Complete the Registration and Abstract Submission: Fill out the online registration form with all participant details and submit the abstract through the same portal.

• Await Acceptance Notification: An email notification will be sent following the review process.

• Payment and Confirmation: Upon acceptance, remit the registration fee via the secure payment link provided.

• Final Presentation Submission: A submission link for the final presentation will be shared via email.
